Most of his singles aren't slow (Uptown Funk, Valerie, Stop Me, Bang Bang Bang etc) as well as most of the singles he's produced for other artists lately (Pressure Off, Locked Out Of Heaven, Baby Blue, Everyday, New...). I think people tend to assume he always produces slow songs and ballads because of Back to Black (album) - even though there's some fairly uptempo songs on there too. He has a very diverse and impressive production discography in that it isn't really limited to any kind of genre, style, instrumentation, tempos etc. Which is more than can be said of some of Gaga's other collaborators. Mark is much more than that, I don't get it! Mark is one of if not the most acclaimed mainstream producer nowadays, just listen to his work with Amy, that album is a masterpiece! His sound will help Gaga reach out to a more mature audience and gain her more respect, I can't say the same about ReDone. Mark is a talented producer who will make this record even better and he will help Gaga evolve. I trust Mark & Gaga as they seem to have already built a great relationship!
