So this is obviously a bit unorthodox, but I created a vision

And I love it

The concept is: Gaga starts out on a huge, elaborate piano, which is gradually broken up in fragments which spread across the stage, actually forming the set (this occurs during LoveGame). During Eh, Eh the screen behind her starts showing images of her early club performances. Near the end her dancers come on stage who take off her dress completely. When Yoü and I kicks in Gaga is pulled into the air with ropes, à la Robert Wilson's installation at the Louvre. Projection mapping (as the one shown during the intro for Gaga's Bowie tribute) plays with her naked body. This whole section is of course notably sad, demure, and solemn for a typical Gaga concert.

During the interlude we see footage from Terry shot during the BTWB and the surgery footage Gaga claimed to have. We see shots of intercourse edited in. The film is an expression of Gaga's experiences with sexual abuse (the concert then basically follows a biographical chronology). The next section portrays Gaga rehearsing for her big golden fame period (Born This Way to LoveGame). The most upbeat part with a lot of dancers, set pieces, blah blah, with some darker undertones near the end. Not sure how to imagine this one, but I know that sonically it makes a lot of sense at least. I'll do some more thinking

Interlude is just a plain Bang Bang projection. No explanation necessary for the people who get the concept at this point.

The next section is the most futuristic, the most technology and fashion heavy one. Gaga as the pop stah. Many visual options for that, my imagination doesn't really know where to go for that one but yeah. Party atmosphere, lots of light effects, a gloriously spectacular mess basically. During the outro all the set pieces come back together, enveloping Gaga, who becomes part of what looks like a massive machine. It has the look of a little factory. Smoke comes out, occasional fire. This is basically what's left on the stage, it's broken down by the set technicians (Gaga is obviously gone through a secret exit) while the audience waits for the next act.
