BECAUSE IT WASN'T THREE, IT WAS OVER ONE HUNDRED THAT HAD HIGHLY CLASSIFIED INFORMATION AT THE TIME OF SENDING YOU BLIND FOLLOWER.

Three were deleted among 30,000 so that puts it in the margin of error. The ones that were not deleted had about 100 emails that contained classified information but were not classified messages.

How are you not understanding this?

Sure....

Do me a favor and actually purchase a book or take a class regarding computer security, because it's clear you don't understand how any of it functions and how easily any server can be breached regardless of who owns it and where it is.

They deleted millions of e-mails. That's a far more blatant offense than having a server.

Also don't dramatize the fact that it's insecure as if it's any less secure than the State Department. You know nothing of Computer Security so sit down.

Yes it has been a witch hunt.

Ok, so deleting emails with classified information is a big deal when a republican does it? You're so desperate. This is so easy lmao.

When you follow the actual law, you can delete any email whenever you want. There is no such law saying otherwise. You're to funny lol, it's almost hard to watch a person so desperate.

You don't get it.

I'm just saying you need to stop trying to pigeonhole Hillary and overblowing the nature of her offense when others have done exponentially more with no punishment.

It's unfair to single her out, but your irrational animus is so glaring.

That's why it's housed on a government server where hacks are monitored 24/7 and it can be traced, stopped, and the perpetrator can be punished. That didn't happen with her server.

"With respect to potential computer intrusion by hostile actors, we did not find direct evidence that Secretary Clinton’s personal e-mail domain, in its various configurations since 2009, was successfully hacked. But, given the nature of the system and of the actors potentially involved, we assess that we would be unlikely to see such direct evidence. We do assess that hostile actors gained access to the private commercial e-mail accounts of people with whom Secretary Clinton was in regular contact from her personal account. We also assess that Secretary Clinton’s use of a personal e-mail domain was both known by a large number of people and readily apparent. She also used her personal e-mail extensively while outside the United States, including sending and receiving work-related e-mails in the territory of sophisticated adversaries. Given that combination of factors, we assess it is possible that hostile actors gained access to Secretary Clinton’s personal e-mail account."

I don't blindly support her.

Honestly throughout the past few months have you ever seen me display any inconsistency regarding how I treat certain issues?

I have even called her out on more than one occasion but you have glossed over that.

I just post about Hillary because she's my preferred candidate and I post negatively about Trump because his very nature is offensive to me.

I would like to put my 2 cents in:

Federal Law: Title 18. Section 2071

Former United States Attorney General Michael Mukasey tells MSNBC that not only is Hillary Clinton's private email server illegal, it "disqualifies" her from holding any federal office.
Such as, say, President of the United States.
"If you do this or that bad thing, you've essentially disqualified yourself as being the leader of the free world," said Mukasey, referring to the illegal server and the illegal handling of classified materials.
Mukasey specifically points to one federal law, Title 18. Section 2071.
For those of us who do not have United States Code committed to memory, here's what it says:
“(a)
Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
(b)
Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.”
Yes, it explicitly states "shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States."

Spoiler

I'm not gonna start any fights or arguments or whatever, I just wanted to just put this here

Technically, Hillary did do wrongdoing and she should be disqualified from becoming President.

It's obvious that Hillary did break laws, and once again it proves that Democrats are once again above the law.

Anybody can argue against this all they want, but it's point blank that Hillary did illegal things and she should be prosecuted.

Spoiler

Today, many American's lost all confidence in the criminal justice system, and the FBI. What message does it send when you explain if anyone did what Hillary did, they would most certainly be criminally charged, however no charges would be leveled against her because "No reasonable prosecutor would prosecute her." The timing of everything; the Attorney General secretly meeting with Bill Clinton, the Hillary/FBI interview, topped off by the FBI Directors's announcement of no charges as Air Force One carried Obama and Hillary to a campaign rally reeks of a rigged system.

I don't like Trump at all, so don't think I'm a Trump supporter. But this whole event just proves how rigged the system is.

@MJHolland just thought I should tag you here so you got receipts

I'm a supporter of Hillary's policies, but she broke the law. Whether she intentionally did it or not, she did break many very serious laws. I don't get why the FBI and Loretta Lynch came to this conclusion..

They came to this conclusion because Hillary didn't break the law.

Comedy stated: “Our judgment,” he said, “is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.” In the annals of the Justice Department’s history, he went on, “we cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts.”

There are a few federal statutes dealing with the mishandling of classified information. Some are defined as misdemeanors, some as felonies. But all of them require the finding of an “intent” to mishandle information—and most of them involve an intent to share the information with people (usually, but not always, foreign agents) who are not cleared to see it. As Comey said of the Clinton case, “We do not see these things here.”

She did not break laws she broke rules.

There is a huge difference in connotation.

She would have likely been prosecuted regardless had there been evidence she intentionally leaked information or would have been prosecuted for her negligence had there been evidence of consistent security breaches.

Neither applies so there are no charges, and there is historical precedent for this so Hillary isn't receiving unfair treatment here.

Considering the fact that many Republican leaders have demonstrated the same negligence and have not been prosecuted (nor had investigations really), I think people need to let go of the "fairness" mindset and realize that it's actually unfair for her to be singled out here.

I am almost certain she's in violation of 18 USC §793

Prosecution of that statute is based on intent.

"Whoever, for the purpose of obtaining information respecting the national defense with intent or reason to believe that the information is to be used to the injury of the United States....."

etc...

Also this bit

"willfully communicates, delivers, transmits or causes to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted, or attempts to communicate, deliver, transmit or cause to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted the same to any person not entitled to receive it, or willfully retains the same and fails to deliver it to the officer or employee of the United States entitled to receive it"

Hillary turned over all relevant articles that she believed where applicable. In fact she was the only politician undergoing similar investigations to do so :air:

You have to dig really hard to apply it to Hillary. She has no motive other than convenience. There is no precedent for punishing people in similar situations. It's why they don't find it reasonable to pursue charges. There were dozens of articles that predicted this months ago.

She testified, under oath, that she did not send or receive anything marked as classified at the time. The FBI said she did. So, at the very least, Hillary Clinton lied to congress under oath. Do you know what purjery is?

Comey said today that they will look into whether or not she lied under oath

I'm literally laughing at the arguing here. Guess what?  There's no charges regardless of what you think!   You sitting here and scouring the Internet and writing essays is truly the biggest waste of your time.:toofunny: keep making those arguments guys
