(They open just like a ZIP folder). the apk if I remember correctly was like 20 mb, are you sure the videos and those things are inside the apk? Or the obb file wich was around 200mb? If I remember correctly, I opened it with 7-Zip, WinRAR should work as well. OBBs are most of the time just renamed ZIPs or other files, as explained here: https://www.reddit.com/r/AndroidQuestions/comments/3k6j4t/slug/cuvfyk5 So just renaming it from .obb to .zip should do the trick.
