Madonna has 3 too but if you count all of Madonna's plays and Cindy's, Madonna wins. Also Cindy might be played on Spotify but ahe doesn't have the best selling female compilation of all time, and she's sold a lot more singles and album during her career than Cindy. Cindy has benefited from Spotify because her songs are ones that a lot of people like but would never really buy. They are all feel good type songs from the 80's.
