Tonight's keynote speaker is HUD Secretary and former Mayor Julian Castro who just revealed some big news in a press conference. Castro announced that he is no longer being vetted as a vice presidential candidate for Hillary Clinton. "I am not being vetted right now," he said. "That is Senator Clinton's choice and she's run a fantastic campaign."
