He's always looked up to her in terms of how she cares for people, no matter who (communities). Not much more than that tbh. He says at the end "yeah that hurt, it was sad" but don't know what he's talking about there. Maybe the interviewer asked how he felt seeing her crying when she spoke about the late shooting.
