When I was there they had just introduced those signs warning people not to swim or go in the water as there had been incidents. My parents wouldn't let me near it when I was younger. There's alligators all around the highways, remember Florida is basically a massive swamp that's been built on. You kind of have to acknowledge this when you visit somewhere and its environment. If you have ever been there you would know that the area is fairly small and open for you to walk around. There is literally no way they could've known there was an alligator there. Luiz 4,253 Posted June 15, 2016 Share Posted June 15, 2016 i cant imagine this for the parents. how guilty they must feel or how they will NEVER get over this i mean if you were to put your childs pic up in your house how do you not pass by it and no matter how hard you try to remember the kid in a positive light knowing his body was violently ripped apart by a dinosaur. just think about those sharp teeth ripping through your little boy's throat as he gurgles on his own blood grasping for breath probably trying to scream for you, his parents, as he loses his little life. your child just left earth in one of the most horrifying ways possible, he died screaming though the screams arent heard under water and now hes probably in a few different places. partly inside the gators stomach and part of him on the sea floor being eaten and scavenged by lesser scavenger fish. your son is now reduced to something for little fish to nibble on. try living with that I disapprove of what you say, but will defend to the death your right to say it.
