A lot more attention on creating ambience, and a much more impressive production to me. I think that the ANTI album shows some of those things too, but a lot more played down. And I personally think that none of the songs really make enough of an impressive impact like her promo singles did (Same Ol' Mistakes excluded but obviously that one doesn't count). Just my opinion tho. Not gonna reply to the rest because that doesn't apply to me, I never complained about them not being on the album. I don't think they belong there at all, too different. Its true, those three stand alone singles don't fit with the Anti Theme of the album. If All You Ever Do Is Look Down On People, You Won't Be Able To Recognize Your Own Weaknesses. ReidOne 12,427
No shade to the OP, but does anyone with taste actually care about pop star-branded perfumes anymore? Haven't these become widely recognized as (gasp) "cheap perfume"??? I'm not their target consumer, so forgive me if I'm wrong. But just my perception. Especially her second one after Rebel Fluer - the red one which was pungent. Nude is her best Well, I didn't really get crazy of RiRi scents, it is nice but she have done better, I guess it goes back each of us preference 33 minutes ago, ReidOne said: No shade to the OP, but does anyone with taste actually care about pop star-branded perfumes anymore? It is obviously selling, the way some of them keep putting out the new ones every few months or annually. Celeb fragrance having its own market now, I believe, alongside to designer and niche fragrances. 。°(°.◜ᯅ◝°)°。 ✧*:・゚ you supposed to cook for us, AZ (˃̣̣̥ᯅ˂̣̣̥) ♡♡♡
ReidOne 12,427
But aren't most of these fragrances created simply for the pop star's own financial gain? Are any of these celeb fragrances taken seriously among the discriminating public, be it the fashion community or otherwise?
ReidOne 12,427
I say this because, some of the most iconic fragrances have been around for 10-20+ years... are there any contenders of that caliber among the celeb fragrances?

It is just giving an option for people that might not fit with the niche crowds since most of the niche fragrances are expensive, nor wanting to smell like everyone else with the mainstream designer fragrance. Many of celeb perfumes are targeting young people anyway, teens and young adult who are active and wanting to smell a bit more expensive. I actually prefer teens smelling like these than Axe tbh. 。°(°.◜ᯅ◝°)°。 ✧*:・゚ you supposed to cook for us, AZ (˃̣̣̥ᯅ˂̣̣̥) ♡♡♡

AND TBH isn't their career with big labels such as Interscope and Roc Nation all about their financial gain in some way? Solitaire 902
I haven't smelled all of her perfumes but she had one that had a red/clear bottle and that one smelt absolutely amazing. - Previously Sycothisis

I've actually read some perfume/cologne forums (yes they exist ) to get a sense of how Gaga's perfumes were accepted by the more "serious" & "knowledgeable" perfume enthusiasts and a lot of them appreciated FAME and Eau De Gaga, even if they didn't like the scents for themselves. I'd assume that Gaga is kind of the exception (as usual lol) but I know Taylor Swift and Rihanna have also put out pretty great smelling perfumes in the past, but that's just my personal taste. - Previously Sycothisis

Rogue Man was an awesome departure from her usual style, I think she needs to do more male fragrances. I agree with you about the promotional campaign and the aesthetics being awesome though I have three fragrances that are still so full (including Eau de Gaga ), I don't think I'll purchase a new fragrance in a long time, unless my fav Bradley Cooper or Lady Gagz suddenly releases one. Bradley won't ever release or even endorse a fragrance, I think. If he ever releases one, I bet you're gonna smell like a hot masculine bear after you put it on.
