There seems to be some unrest in the fan base right now and I don't judge that.

What I'm curious to know is where everyone's head is at with their feelings towards Gaga at this moment. Good, bad or indifferent.

So please vote in the poll

The layout of the poll is confusing :emma:

Swap them out so as you go down, your opinion degrades.

I'm here for the music. She's still making bomb ass music. TIHTY is in my top 5 favorite gaga songs. So I'm good.

I have never agreed with her political views, her religious beliefs or her stance on animal rights, so I've never really considered her a role model to begin with. I've only ever been interested in her as a musician. And I'm currently listening to other artists, so the wait for LG5 isn't as tedious and frustrating as other members make it out to be.

she's a party girl with a bad habit for drugs

Maybe I don't listen to her music a lot lately, because I have f*cking over-listened each song, but I know that once LG5 comes out I'll rape the replay button.:gaycat:

This. I don't agree with her religion, stance on politics, and especially not animal rights. Though despite any of that, she is still one of the people I look up to the most. I think it's partly just 13 year old me clinging onto the Gaga 'persona' that I fell in love with in 2009... I don't know if i'll ever be able to let go. I'm a huge Freddie Mercury fan, and she was that person growing up for me - fierce, talented, outrageous, witty... and a true musician at heart. Hearing all of this stuff about Gaga being a character is a little disheartening, but at the same time, I saw the same thing happen with Freddie, Bowie etc. as they grew up and reinvented themselves as artists. It's inevitable, she was never going to stay Gaga... this interview with Freddie in the late 80s is a good depiction of part of what I think Gaga is going through, @ 1:00-1:24.... a.k.a growing up.

I don't know... I'm patiently waiting for the new album. Everything depends on LG5.

I'm losing interest to be honest. But I still love her and she's still a good person, she just grew up, something most of her fanbase did not do.

I still love her!

Maybe because I don't consider her as that perfect non-human goddess that doesn't change--like some of you do --that's why I can still stan for her despite the mistakes she made and the wait for LG5. She's only human. She makes mistakes and now she is prioritizing herself and what she wants as a person, for her own personal growth. I think that makes her happy and that is what is needed to make new music.

At the end of the day, she ain't a saint or a puppet to do what WE want.
