Anyway, I just arrived at Aether Paradise with Gladion. Am I going too fast ? I'm currently at roughly 31:00 hours on playing the game  and I really want to drag this experience longer.   I'm having a lot of fun  

Team update:

Got myself a Merciless Mareanie (in a midst of an attempt to get the HA one), and a Sandygast to replace Salazzle. Trained them both to match my team's level, and Mareanie eventually evolved to Toxapex.

Found all the elemental Z-Crystals and beat the final Story area of the game.

Currently in the post-game area making my way up to the Battle Tree.

It's about to get hectic. Like, your intuition about certain characters may be coming true, but you're still gonna be shocked if you end up checking everything out there is to be checked out

What a BS intro the the Battle Tree. Pushing your way through the Poni fields areas to wear your team down only to instantly put you into a battle when you enter the Battle Tree area, with no healing in between.

And the person you choose to battle is 10-15 levels ahead of you.

Edit: I still managed to win but Gamefreak needs to STOP with these sudden difficulty spikes sprinkled through the game.

Rematched the damn Lurantis and destroyed her with no problems this time. (Her help was a useless Pikipek evo). I'm about to head to the Rock trial(?) I think. Current team:
