Pokemon Go is a mobile game where you can catch Pokemon in the wild (not as cool as it sound) and battle people around you.

And mess at me saying "people".

I doubt it. A 5th move could really make some people extra song. A boosting stats move/recovery/one main stab, one priority, and one super effective attack

Have you played Pokemon Dream Radar/Catcher for the 3DS? It's basically that, but more improved.
