Well the next two shows are in NY in a stadium the fits roughly 45,000 people. Considering that she probably made NY ticket prices higher. She will probably make 13M 6.5 each day. so her average might actually go up because the next couple of dates are probably her biggest markets, but she would still need to add 23 shows to beat Madonna. Unless they are in much bigger venues. World-wide the venues get much bigger because concerts are held in huge soccer stadiums that hold more people than US football stadiums. We'll see.

Unless she adds more dates I highly doubt she'll be breaking Madonna's record  Yes the average is phenomenal but without more quantity it won't reach as high
