When she first started out, women were barely present in politics. She's a pioneer in every sense of the word.

She's just standing on the shoulders of giants. She's in that position because of the real pioneers in women's rights.

When she first started out, women were barely present in politics. She's a pioneer in every sense of the word.

1. She isn't the leader yet.

2. This is the US elections section and in this section it's all about the US.

3. She made history because in the US no woman has ever been the nominee of a major party.

4. If she becomes the president she will be the first US female president (historic) and the US is one of, if not the most influential country in the world, so yes it is a big deal.

The context of what we're discussing is the United States. I know that other women in other countries have become leaders and very influential politicians, but talking about the US, this is a historic feat.

You mean the president reinvigorating the economy and being the first president in years to bring in a surplus or the secretary of state that left with record high approval ratings for her accomplishments? 

Or maybe both with the Clinton Foundation that benefited almost 10 million people with HIV or AIDS from more affordable medicine and reduced the cost of HIV and AIDS medications in many countries from over $10,000 per person per year to just $100 to $200 per person per year. 

Where's the massive amount of mistakes to overshadow all their accomplishments?

Very nice ad. Still think she's a corporate puppet, but I'm starting to tolerate her a bit more each day. No matter your opinion of her, it's undeniable it's a step forward in this country to have another gender flushed into the White House.
