Why is LG5 not finished yet?

At this point it seems obvious that LG5 has not been released yet simply because is not finished. But what do you think is the biggest reason for why LG5 is not finished? Is it because Gaga has lost her creative abilities? Is it because Gaga is actually very creative and and has many good ideas to choose from? Is it because she has too many side projects that take away the time of production? Is it because she is taking things slowly and enjoying her life ? Or is it simply because she is being lazy this time around? 

Obviously we don't know what is going on so this is only your opinion or what you think is delaying the album from completion.

I agree about Taylor.  If he was out of the picture I think she would be a lot better about working on her music.

Or it is finished and they're making minor changes to it while waiting for Q4 so that AHS and LG5 can happen at the same time.

Also to avoid competing with Adele, Beyonce, David Bowie and Rihanna at the 2017 Grammys.

Don't cha know gardening takes a long time to grow and nourish? She has to get her crops ready before winter so the album won't be out until the last ear of corn has been plucked and harvested. When will you urban city dwellers ever learn?

Probably because the sessions with Mark only started a couple of months ago. And honestly I don't care if I have to wait a lot more because Taylor is taking part of her time, she's happy and that's more important.

It's normal to take several years between albums.

She's making music, not Krabby Patties. She's always working on something. 

The appearances she made this year took months of planning.

Maybe she had a concept, and then changed her mind. 

 

Part of me thinks that LG5 is going to be a tribute to David Bowie (and maybe even Prince).

 

It seems like she changed concepts more than once. First it was supposed to sound dark, then "not so dark" to please fans who wants songs like "Bad Romance" and "Poker Face" to be made. Now, the songs are are going to be "analog". 

 

Whatever the the outcome is, I'm just exited for new music

I don't know where I should post this and I have been debating sharing some info I have become aware of because most won't believe me anyways lol. I understand that, but I can at least give it a try right? Its been killing me on the inside keeping it a secret when I know fans are suffering! I can't say who told me, but I have info to share.

* The album WILL be out this year.

* The album was mostly finished and planned to be released earlier this year with the RedOne tracks.

* Gaga had a change of heart and decided she wanted a different sound, she will not be using the RedOne produced songs, but rather have Ronson re-produce them. These song lyrics have NOT changed, they will be the ones co-written by RedOne, they are still very catchy, etc. So essentially, just the production of these songs has changed.

* 7 out of the 8 original RedOne tracks have been re-produced by Ronson and are planned to be included on the album.

* The lead single's production is very similar to Billie Jean by Michael Jackson, and is expected to be a big hit. It was one of the songs previously produced by RedOne, though not much has changed except for the production. 

* The choreography for the song is said to be "memorable and infectious", (Although this was when the lead was RedOne produced and ready for release, this could be changed).

* Giorgio Moroder's 2 tracks did not make the cut.

* DJ White Shadow co-produced one song on the album.

* Taylor's voice is a part of one of the tracks.

* The reason Gaga has been so silent concerning the album will be revealed soon, and it will make the wait worth it.
