Sometimes I like when it's during summer break, takes me back to high school when I used to stay at home all evening listening to Marilyn Manson while it was raining. Also Nov-Dec around the time people go crazy with sales and winter stuff. This year I really enjoyed Sia and Rihanna's releases in January because it got my mood set for the new year. ItsTommyBitch 12,640 Posted June 6, 2016 Share Posted June 6, 2016 Summer or Winter for sure. It gives me time by myself to fully enjoy the album with little stress. It has little to do with the genre, I enjoy all genres pretty much year-round, maybe less EDM in the winter and more alternative stuff in the summer actually I'm pretty sure my fave albums were pretty much all released during that time incidentally The last major release to really mess me up was Ultraviolence. It became the literal soundtrack to my entire summer, I played it every single day usually from start to finish. If an album is great (and/or greatly anticipated) I couldn't care less, even if it was released on February, 31! Why would it matter? Why...would this matter matter? Huwhyy?
