A few people have said it's an impersonator. Some people say it's specifically an artist named Gaga by Tierny but I looked through all her stuff and can't find anything like this. I mean it does look like Gaga. the nose is right. The front teeth seem to be big like Gaga's. The look is a bit ARTPOP tho...
