Fans does she not want them?

She totally does, just hopes for less superficial ones. These days there's lots of people waiting for her just to get a picture and they do it for pretty much every celeb. I can imagine it can be exhausting. And hard to tell for her who her true fans are. People just shove their phone in her face. An autograph is a very different experience because unlike taking a selfie, she can talk to you while she's signing, making the experience more interesting for her I guess. 

I could tell it from her behaviour in the past. Often she gets in this automatic mode, fierce look on her face, steps out and takes a few selfies with little to no interaction. If you talk to her, she won't respond. But in another case I knew she had been watching us for a few days from her window and knew it was the real deal, stepped out and had fun with everyone, taking pics, making jokes, till it got too crowded with regular people. 

To me it's in the little things. Say hi, look her in the eye, ask if you can take a picture, not just demand it. But it's hard when everyone around you is screaming for attention.

That's why I envy NYC and Chicago monsters sometimes, cause they have the chance to have a little conversation with her. That is way more valuable to me than any selfie ever.

Actually the moments I love and cherish the most are the ones I don't have pictures of.
