It's RedOne who can no longer have good hit songs without her. (Paparazzi, Telephone, Born This Way, The Edge Of Glory, Yoü and I (US), Applause) Not to mention the albums tracks - not singles - which are just beautiful and fan favorites I don't think I need to remind you: almost all the songs from Born This Way. 2) It is not clear whether RedOne has been completely removed from the album, it is likely but not confirmed completely 3) She needs to evolve. Mark Ronson is perfect for that. And it is not with what RedOne just said in the interview that it will be the case. Bebe 17,093 Posted June 2, 2016 Share Posted June 2, 2016 I don't even think it's a bad thing if she doesn't score giant smashes as long as the music is interesting I'd rather her find moderate success making interesting, unique and exciting music (With performances and visuals that follow) than see her score #1 hit after #1 hit with the same producer she has had since 2008. The exciting thing about Gaga, from the very beginning, is seeing her potential and seeing how different she can be. Seeing her completely transform from quirky, electro-pop singer to a peculiar chanteuse de jazz has made me even more thirsty for something completely new and I think that's what Ronson can deliver. Hair and Scheiße even had massive hit single potential (especially Hair). The only song you listed that's really as big was Born This Way but that's just because it was riding on the coattails of TFM's success (mainly once again down to RedOne for Bad Romance). She's proven time and time again to get a massive hit she needs him and his input, or alternatively judging by what he was saying in those recent interviews, she needs to make music the same way she used to make it- freely, fun and without a second thought. She overthinks and tries too much nowadays to have a deep and meaningful theme that has hit potential and beyond the odd few tracks here and there since 2009 she has failed at doing that. She had flaw free eras and music previously but now not so much. The receipts in the GP opinion of her music and fan opinion and even hater opinions are all there to show you her RedOne produced hits are considered her best songs. Ergo she DOES need him. Starships, Pound The Alarm, On The Floor, Papi, I Like It and more say hi! And I some people on this forum... "REDONE IS DATED!!!!1*" "SHE NEEDS TO EVOLVE" "FRESH SOUND MOMMA" While calling Born This Way fresh when she tried to deliver that 80s sound.
