"I raised close to $6 million...as of this moment, it's $5.6 million," he said at a press conference at Trump Tower. Further, he added, "Zero dollars have been taken out for administration." Trump had promised to clear up how much his campaign raised at a fundraiser for veterans it organized when he skipped a GOP presidential debate. On Tuesday, he read aloud the list of the groups and the funds received, as follows: 22Kill -- $200,000. "The press should be ashamed of themselves. And on behalf of the vets, the press should be ashamed of themselves," Trump admonished. "...Instead of being -- like, 'Thank you very much, Mr. Trump,' or 'Trump did a good job,' everyone is saying, 'Who got it? Who got it? Who got it? And you (the press) make me look very bad." The money was sent and these verified checks will be confirmed by the media. If there was no proof the headlines would read "Trump lies about vet money" I watched the entire press conference and this is the list he read out and the people standing behind him are from those organizations and the ones who went through the vetting process to obtain the donated money.
