That was a promo Pepsi did in 2015 asking which artists fans in Rio would want in the next edition in Rio de Janeiro (in 2017). Then they made a letter to the Rock In Rio guys stating which artists were the most voted, which Gaga eas in there. But that's it they weren't hinting anything because they schedule the performes due to their disposal

I cannot say how hyped I am by this. omg. Like, this is, albeit indirectly, a huge indication as to what kind of music she's doing. 

If she's really going to perform at such a big festival (having looked at last year's; it's all of a very high production value), she must have some mainstream appealing music. I am so, so excited. She can't just stand on a stage like that and sing... she is bound to put on a show. She might even dance again 

As a side note, how crazy to think (from a few years ago) that we'd even be questioning if she'd be dancing? I love her and how she's transitioned into someone so incredibly acclaimed, but I would love to have a proper performance again.
