If Gaga's new song/video isn't good, would you still hope for it's success?

Don't hate on me .........I don't like GUY

but if G.U.Y went #1 I would still be very happy for her while at the same time complaining why GP didn't make Applause or DWUW higher cause those 2 are totally way better than GUY

so really more at fault here is GP not Gaga (anything Gaga makes no matter how bad is still better than most songs out there tbh)

J&D is one gaga song (outside PF, BR) I can blast and not feel bashed that I listen to Gaga. And J&D is a bop for real. I really enjoy the song.

But like its not at all

 

The production is so bad and there isnt even really a chorus, its a bigger mess than the ARTPOP app

I find that I only like the Itunes Fest version of JnD, the studio version bores me.

"from across the pound TI they wouldn't let him into the country poor thing" is the best line LOL 

But I do imagine enjoying it playing in the club, any place else is meh

Different strokes for different folks. I used to skip J&D mindlessly. I actually listened to it and never skipped it ever again.

Like maybe 4 example in a scenario where she releases a new EDM song that is annoying, bland and full of cringey lyrics, and you feel really disappointed, would you even hope it charts well on the hot 100?
