Hopefully she can create something with great quality this time. All of her albums have been mediocre and she needs to step out of her comfort zone. It's time to stop relying on her singles and create an album that has no fillers.

YES COME ON KATY  I can't wait for 2017, there's gonna be Katy touring and hopefully Gaga touring and I'm still praying that Britney tours worldwide again instead of just the Vegas residency for her new album  I have such high hopes for late 2016-late 2017 to be one of the best we've seen in pop music

I thought they said no new music soon (2016), and DW is not produced by a rapist. Katy's '''papi producer mentioner, whatever''' is Dr Luke and she hasn't even spoken about that Kesha issue after acting so much as a feminist.
