Some like to say that it's because fans are sexist. But many pointed out that it just looks like pure sh!t. :emma:

I think it looks funny:flop:

And that theme song remix is EVERYTHING

the humor in the original ghostbusters movie was more subtle but effective, unlike this one, at least from what the trailers offer so far.

the trailer screams Bridesmaids with a Ghostbusters theme.

I have no idea why people get so worked up over this. :laughga: If they hate the idea of a female reboot then ignore and don't watch it - it'll flop at the box office and the studios won't make the same mistake. The large community uproar about it just makes me want to go see it tbqh. :poot:

The CGi looks tragic and cheap, and the comedy is terrible, i hope it flops:tongue:

You can argue it might be a shitty movie and I would partially agree, but a good portion of it's backlash is due to whiny piss baby nerd men who are livid that teh femininininiestssss are encroaching on "their" space again.

Take a moment to think of just flexibility, love, and trust~

I think this second trailer actually makes the movie look much better than the first (terrible) one. It showcases the whole vibe of big, campy 80s horror-comedy movies, which I dig.

And I've always found Chris Hemsworth to be boring and overrated, but there's something about him in nerd mode that makes him 10x hotter to me.

Wait. That's him? Yikes. I can't believe I didn't catch that:flop:

Looks fine to me. Granted I never liked Ghostbusters at all.

It looks funny, but the cgi is kinda cheap/awful looking but I can get past all that instantly.

This mutual gaze was a “longing to touch” or a "pre-coitus" stare.

I think it's the trailer that's just bad. :awkney: I LOVE the first trailer but this one didn't get me that hyped.
I do like the new scenes we see here tho but I feel that the trailer could have made more impact.

Spoiler

GET OUT OF THE CITY! GET OUT OF THE CITYY  :air:

People are making too much of a big deal just because it's "Ghostbusters" and they're all women. It wouldn't get so much hate if it was just another flop film.

Looks dreadful :udidnt:

and why they would give away that Hemsworth's character gets possessed is a mystery to me.

There's nothing wrong with a film having a feminist agenda if it's well done. This not only looks like complete **** but they actually added elements of racism and stereotyping that weren't present in the original, in which the black Ghostbuster was a smart scientist like the others, but here she's a dumb, god-fearing hood rat :rip:. SJW's are so often the biggest hypocrites.
