How do I know that? Because I was the general public in the past. I've always liked Gaga, but before the ARTPOP release (when I became a "real" fan) I would only notice her existence when she posted a new videoclip on YouTube or did a great live performance on television. Stop pretending everyone is interested in what Gaga is planning to do with her next album. Right ****ing now the general public doesn't even remember she exists. There's no Oscars performance that will make people think "Oh my god where is her new album?". Nobody thinks like that. However, this did not make her interested in her new album, or any of her projects. I don't consider many people hyped for the new album apart from Pop lovers and stans. There is no one outside this site that I have heard say "omg, when is Gaga releasing a new album!?" This is not just Gaga though. This applies for every artist. In my messy era. Then the album happened. And has nearly gone.
