Agreed. If Adele had released Lemonade, people wouldn't be praising her. If Beyonce had released 25, they'd be praising her.
BULATIO 1,635
and the winner is......................................BlACKSTAR by David Bowie fighting buryat
Boris2 9,239
If she releases a cohesive like the Fame Monster, the she has potential. Other than that, I believe Lemonade will get that Grammy. 25 and Lemonade will lose their momentum in the upcoming months, and if Gaga play her cards right; then LG5 has a big chance. TimisaMonster 31,073
If you had to compare JUST the two albums...Lemonade would win. Sorry, but besides Hello on 25, the rest of the music is boring. Lemonade at least gives variety production wise and has a more interesting storyline Stream my new single, 💜"Heartbeat"💜, on Spotify!
Alphaz 7,958
25 is not as good as 21 Lemonade probably will take the wins

I bet she wants that Grammy sweep too at the 2018 Grammys I'd be down to wait until October 1st for LG5 if it means a 2018 Grammy sweep for Gaga, thereby allowing her to join the Grammy Double Digits Club! Obviously LG5 is going to be a really personal record for her and I'd rather Beyonce slay 2017 rather than another false rivalry created.

XoXoJoanneGaga 629
Lemonade deserves it. I'm actually glad self-titled lost since this is a much stronger release and the perceived snub could give her some much needed momentum this time since she's up against an album that broke first week sales records. Gaga wouldn't even be in the discussion if she released before the deadline but she's most likely going to release afterwards, and she might have a chance there since there's no way Taylor wins a 3rd AOTY award, and the academy will most likely continue to ignore rap albums in the major fields. Bradley 59,639
Which is why I hope the album comes later this year after the deadline but the lead single (and even second single) before the deadline.
ReidOne 12,427
25 deserves nothing. Adele's impact was simply the pent-up hype of her last release. Her current album is completely irrelevant to what people want to hear today. I can't tell you a single person who has sung the praises of that album beyond its opening week. Including my friends who stan hard for Adele. It's only been a few months, and people are over it. But 'Lemonade' is on the tip of the tongue of every person who I know that is into pop music. People are delving DEEP into the album and everyone has different favorite tracks. Beyonce has this one in the BAG! At least, if Grammy voters have any clue what's good for them.
