That means we are officially half-way done with the Billboard year of 2016. Billboard uses this scheduling for its year end charts that come out every December. So now that we're halfway through, I wanted to share with you guys the top 10 selling albums of the first half of the Billboard year, which started the week Justin Bieber and One Direction's albums came out. UPDATED: June 14, 2016 1. 25 - Adele (8,792,000) 2. Purpose - Justin Bieber (1,734,000) 3. Views - Drake (1,228,000) 4. Lemonade - Beyonce (1,099,000) 5. Traveller - Chris Stapleton (1,003,000) 6. Made in the A.M. - One Direction (849,000) 7. A Head Full of Dreams - Coldplay (550,000) 8. The Very Best of Prince - Prince (528,000) 9.
