Gaga herself teased with Breaking Hearts while she shared lyrics with it months sooner. And Madonna said few weeks sooner there's  plans concerning people saying she doesn't like Gaga.. So honestly I wouldn't be surprised if it happens on LG5...

You never know  People get drunk and stuff at parties so a slip in memory could be possible. Loads of people have crazy nights then wake up with pictures they can't remember taking or having taken  My post wasn't a definitive answer anyway, just a possible guess
