I don't mean that in a bad way at all, I just mean that the entire hype was on Gaga and a new music video. She was just reaching her peak at this point and people were curious as to what she created this time. It was definitely Gaga and 100% Gaga. I love Beyonce's part in the song, but I don't remember many people talking about it. Really, Beyonce has only just become a big deal the last couple years. She's always been around and that's what is fantastic about Beyonce, but the internet was not reacting to her like it has the last couple years during that time. The 3 girls I like and truly follow their work, Madonna, Gaga and Beyoncé, were "blessed" with the worst fans, tbh... Madonna's fans, we all know their shtick...it's kind of the same with monsters going "this one is not an artist", "this one is overrated", "this one is a bitch"...or Beyoncé's fans yapping about how "Lemonade has the highest metascore evurrrrr!", "Swag", "OMG, she's just like MLK!", which is also very annoying...
