Sometimes I forget that she's engaged, and this really could be the last pop album, or even the last album from Gaga. Who knows, maybe she'll release LG5, tour, and then go on a break to settle down and start a family with Taylor (if they get married soon). Or perhaps stop her musical career and move on to acting, or have no career at all and raise her family because she's already filthy rich It's scary to think how fast and easily we can lose her like that. Not saying she'd want to completely stop doing everything, but to think she always has that choice scares me lol <3 Mikey McCampbell

Those were the days. Exactly! I remember those times. It's like everyone couldn't stop talking about her. You always had some douche bags who dissed her because they were too scared to like her but most people were all like omg she's so crazy and we were all like HELL YES!!!! No shade but we're you a gaga Stan during TF/M days? The entire WORLD was galvanized by her. Her music, lyrics, style, persona. Christ she was literally a few months into her career and she was being praised and hailed in every aspect from every one. Sure people thought she was a man, but she wasn't hated and torn apart. I'm so glad I was part of the gaga experience before it went downhill, because her glory days...man. I haven't experienced that since britney took the world by storm, and I'll even challenge that gaga at her height was bigger than britney at her. Fight me. 14 minutes ago, Morphine Prince said: Wrong. Back in 2009 and 2010 it was cool to love Gaga. I lived through it. Those were the days. Literally the best time to be a gaga fan. Her team and creativity was the definition of perfection. She was just so "cool" and always had things going on. There was never a dull moment. Hell even the beginning of the born this way era was exciting. She was so unpredictable, on fire, indestructible and immortal. It's always amazing to become a fan of an artist since the beginning because you get to experience all the fun and excitement from their peak. I also feel a little bad for britney fans that didn't get to experience britney during her prime from 1998 to 2004 because Britney took over the whole universe during her prime. Gaga could do no wrong for years, even if people were confused by her, they were still talking about her, and genuinely interested in her next move. Her and her team were unstoppable, which is why every single female artist took a page out of the gaga handbook: videos became bigger, fashion more outlandish, performances more creative. Gaga shaped pop culture during her peak. In the grand scheme of things, it's probably not a big deal, but I feel lucky, as someone who loves pop culture, to have been involved during gagas start and peak, and britneys, because both were masterful. Yeah I feel lucky too. It feels amazing to have experienced these artists when they were at the top of their game. It's like they became a part of your life from the past. Britney was part of my childhood and Gaga was part of my early adulthood. I still follow them and get updates from them but I will always cherish their prime. I do have faith (kinda small) that Gaga can be somewhat big again. She just needs to play her cards right and it's sort of a 50/50 because she's a rebel...but she also does care about what the general public thinks of her. She's a very confusing woman but we shall see.
HighlandHeart 993
41 minutes ago, Morphine Prince said: Two reasons it's bad: 1. No one cares about Lady Gaga anymore. Most of the GP think she retired in 2013. That's complete bollocks. It's hilarious how you think you can speak on behalf of millions of people, yet alone hold their basic, mass-consumptive views in such a high regard. We're talking about a populous who think Taylor Swift is music. I'd rather Gaga release her albums low-key forever like indie artists than throw away her art for the sake of the general public's opinion. That would disgust me, and she'd never do it. You should be happy about that. If you don't have shadows you're not standing in the light.
