Ted Cruz already has a short list of potential vice presidential candidates, and Carly Fiorina is among them, according to multiple news organizations, including NBC News and ABC News. Fiorina endorsed Cruz last month after ending her own bid for the Republican nomination. The former Hewlett-Packard executive said at the time that he is an outsider who “doesn’t care if the Washington cartel invites him to their cocktail parties” and would be the “constitutional conservative to unite our party.” She has also been campaigning and raising money for Cruz. In a fundraising email Sunday, Fiorina said she had “promised Ted that I could help him raise $250,000 by April 25th — the absolute minimum we need to keep this campaign at full steam for the weeks and months to come.” "Donald Trump has access to millions of dollars—including an additional $20 million he just dumped into his campaign. It's clear he's willing to spend anything to buy this nomination. Ted's campaign won't be able to compete with Trump's billionaire bank account. He's not even close to Carly; the guy can barely handle the weakest of Democrats. Good luck to him. It's a shame that debate won't happen.
