Not surprised at all, given how the media is always kissing her ass and everyone sees her as this sort of deity who can do no wrong. 

Look, I really think Lemonade is her strongest work to date. But is it perfect? Does it deserve such a high score? Hell no. You can call me a hater or pressed or whatever, I don't care. The truth is, Beyoncé is the very definition of overrated and the way it's become almost a sin to dislike her or her music is extremely irritating.

So u just went in and claim people overrated this album because it's a celebration about black culture but u failed to c that IT IS an album celebrating black cilture

This album contains gold production and obvious "black elements" like blues, rock n roll, rnb, and it's not just a celebration of black culture, it's about feminism too

and how is it different form her self-titled? There's no track like Flawless, but rather she use herself, a scared but also independent housewife's perspective to talk bout family, unity, responsibility (daddy lessons, freedom, sandcastle)

Even more, she completely abandon some point of views in self-titled. In track like 6 inch, she embrace her imperfection which is her perfectionism( pretty hurts, haunted). For her, perfection is not just disease, but something she deserves. 

And she also makes bold statements on feminism, things like the pain of wearing high heels, look beautiful for men, she completely embrace herself and admit who she truly is, a self-acclaimed feminist who enjoys high heel and being powerful and rely on man
