Could it be… a clue about the new season? Evan's latest projects include X-Men, Elvis & Nixon, and we know he's not supposed to look like this in the two movies aforementioned, so this could possibly be for a new project, and while that doesn't pose a confirmation that it is indeed from AHS, it doesn't rule out the possibility either.
