That's alright, it can happen to anyone and does  Uhhh it could fit into both, but because it's an actual thing posted by Billboard it goes first under News & Events I guess  Like chart number stuff can go under News & Events if its newsworthy number information from a news source, otherwise it would go into Charts & Sales.
