Greg 6,330
Cheap Thrills has done really well in the UK. Sia also re-recorded the 'Turn ____ on' to say either the radio hosts name or the radio station for the big few stations. That was a really clever move because it means it gets more spins so more people hear it and buy/stream it. I reckon if she did a performance on a high profile show of the song in the UK it would get it to #1. Move Your Body HAS to be released, and it HAS to go to #1! synched 734
It already is a big hit lol I live in Turkey and I heard it playing at the gym today. And then i went to the supermarket and i heard it there too. It's getting a lot of spins on the radio
Bloody 64,631
Well it's already a hit all over the world so that's fine for me. US might take some time as always or might pay it dust. They are letting trash songs like My House by florida get success and other good songs flop.
swakby 4,100
1 hour ago, Uncle ARTPOP said: Hung Up Teas... USA sucks tbh Hung Up reached #7 in the US tho and is certified platinum, which is kind of a big thing for a single released in 2005. Cheap Thrills reached #39 and has been descending so far. It proves one more time that the US is a very different market.

I have heard that song at least 4 different times on someones playlist per week. It plays everywhere and everybody I know likes it and bops to it despite it being low on the US charts people also dig a lit Bang My Head. I have also heard that one a lot
Chazulution17 15
Sadly, American radio has the crappiest taste in music right now. The top ten songs now will be the the biggest hits for the next six months. I wish the radio and audience acceptance of new songs would be more diverse.
