This is extremely promising. But is she implying that the album is already done? She was recording with that english guy just a few weeks ago.

Yeah Mark Ronson worked with her in March... And apparently Moroder (and Garibay) are working right now with her too... But honestly I think everything will be done very soon (before AHS starts shooting in June)...

I'm pretty sure her sessions with RedOne, Diane, Ronson, Nile and Elton John are done, so she's in a advanced step for sure !

My guess is - the album is completely finished so far, but knowing Gaga, she is polishing songs to perfection and/or changing minor things..

Also, I think she recorded more songs as always so she is still maybe choosing which ones will get to be on the album.

All her unreleased materials starting with the lead single and MV venus, her next album will be titled THE BETRAYAL

Yeah I think the same she's finishing the album + planning all the thing in the next few weeks / months 

Though I don't think we'll get anything until June at least
