Your first statement.... everyone knows what I meant, don't play dumb.

The Bernie supporters who believe Trump is honest..... need help.

I was joking....? I would assume from our past history that our dad jokes should be obvious by now. I thought we had risen above this pettiness. :emma:

Spoiler

Although I did include the 2.5 million part bit as subtle shade :gaycat:

If Bernie supporters don't vote for the Democratic nominee, then they have mental health issues they need to resolve. The most important part of this election aren't the policies these candidates promise. It's their capacity to switch the Congress to the Democratic side so we can get **** done anyway and appoint SCOTUS judges that will support progressive policies that Republican judges have been blocking for so long.

Even independents who support democratic values but hate the establishment should be well aware that the Republican policies run counter to many of their beliefs.

That many fail to see this goes to show how shortsighted most young people are. There's more at stake here than sending a message. Not voting for the Democratic nominee is functionally equivalent to voting for the Republicans.

This is what is ****ed. You literally just admitted the problem. Our supreme court is not supposed to be an activist court. They interpret the law, not make it.

But you basically admitted you want a court that just enforces policies according to their will. That's unconstitutional.

Yes....the entire state of Colorado told their citizens today that they aren't holding a primary and the Delegates are just being given to Ted Cruz.

I don't understand how someone could justify that as OK and still call this a democracy???

....You are SO confused LMAO

That's the Republican side.

The Democratic race has already been completed and Sanders won it. They were close in numbers so they took similar numbers of delegates.

Your misinformation is rapidly discrediting you. I suggest you do research before attempting to spout facts.

Whaaat? I stop following this circus for a week or so and an entire state's voice isn't being heard? :saladga: nnnn...I need to do some studying tbh. This whole thing seems like it should be so simple but it's not. I guess that's why I've always just paid attention to the candidates and their stances/policies and not the system itself :spin:

He's speaking incorrectly.

The Republican contest was cancelled. The Democratic one has already been completed with Sanders taking the win but them ultimately having the same number of delegates.

You are so naive if you think the judges being chosen are not biased towards their respective parties... :flop:

WTF DID YOU THINK I MEANT lol. Did you read the OP?

Perhaps you should click yourself back a few pages.

Clearly I'm aware Ted Cruz isn't a democrat.

Then why are you trying to make a play on the democratic merit of the entire state when speaking in the context of Bernie and the Democratic party to someone else?

Are you intentionally trying to misguide them? It appears so.

If you think Republicans want a democracy as opposed to a theocracy then I believe you have your facts wrong as well. This is a joke btw.

Yeah, I just looked it up. I don't understand how Cruz can get the delegates though if Republican voters couldn't vote? How do they know who the Republican people want to choose? :saladga:

Ah, I give up.

It doesn't matter. That's not what they are supposed to do. And you are trying to say I'm dumb for standing up against the corruption.

Just because people have been abusing the court doesn't justify you to continue abusing the court.

And please, stop trying to insinuate I'm dumb in EVERY post. I'm very well aware of how this works....but everytime you twist my statements and try and make me look ignorant. I'm not. I would just assume that I wouldn't be called "naive" for standing against corruption.

Well the Republican contest has been the equivalent of a clown-fest so no surprise here.

They suck.

"Standing against the corruption".

This isn't corruption. Every judge has inherent bias. It's impossible not to be. They are still humans.

The entire point is that the president can choose to nominate judges that are more amenable to their own social policies. For example, the Republicans are known for selecting judges who are virulently anti-gay. Democratic nominees want them not to be as such.

Please, educate yourself. I am not insinuating you are stupid. I am insinuating you are misinformed.

Again, learn the difference, and stop taking every post I make so offensively.

And yes, you are naive if you think anyone can erase "corruption" (how is this corruption?). If God couldn't do it to Adam and Eve, what makes you think anyone can?

I agree. Necessary disruption to the corruption. Sorry if it isn't pretty and covered in lies for you, but the truth ain't always pretty.

Enjoy your what your buying into though with Hillary. She's like a happy meal. Looks cute. Has a reward in the box. But truthfully is terrible for you. And has no plan on changing that.

I haven't "bought" into anyone. Stop assuming how I feel about candidates.

I may be critical of Bernie here, but that's only because Bernie supporters feel the need to attack Hillary every chance they get. I literally don't even talk about him outside of GGD. I know everything I say can be used against the eventual democratic nominee.

I like Bernie and I would support him if I was American and younger. I share his principles, but I don't share his practices. I'm a pragmatist who believes in compromise and that's what Hillary represents.

If Bernie wins, I'll switch to supporting him immediately no questions asked.
