I own a restaurant and cafe in Chicago. You do not need people with experience to do those two jobs. You can only hope that they apply themselves and end up working hard. Hiring is really a crapshoot. I've hired people with lots of experience and a great resume and they turned out to be ****. You never know what youre going to get.
