However at one point she did say "Adele is bigger than me, how come nobody ever talks about that?" when she was getting news coverage about her weight gain. I used to come up with these schedules "Feb 1st single - April 2nd single - May album - July 3rd single - August tour start" but I've given that up. All we know is what she said at the Golden Globes: "I'm putting out a record this year." I can absolutely see her releasing this mfing album in October or November. You will never please everyone. I'm not saying that you have to think of Gaga as the second coming but it's a pattern I've seen and I think y'all are underestimating Gaga immensely. She said Adele was bigger than her in size and confidence. She said something factually accurate. I'd be like Gaga getting backlash for saying Beyonce has darker skin. I think Gaga has the potential to win but the reason why people underestimate Gaga is because Adele is so GP friendly and 21 was such as good album and the impact Adele has made to album sales is huge that's why artists become afraid of Adele because of her sales..
