We Can't Stop is shitty to me while FU, Drive and Someone Else are great. American Life is one of Madonna's best albums and in my opinion there's not a single song that could be played on the radio there. Radio to me doesn't equal quality, in fact in most cases it equals tired songs for the masses.

Bionic. The songs that do stand out are EVERYTHING. But the fillers just make it a messy album. I listened to bionic from start to finish the first time last month and it was a amazing experience it's really long and ur right it was messy lmao she kinda did 2 parts electronic Sound then ballad . Anderson123 35,636
There are a LOT of albums that could be considered as "full of filler tracks", but that just depends on the listener. Sometimes not everyone likes certain songs from an album, meanwhile there are people who like them. Gaga for example, a lot of fans here don't like Again Again from The Fame. I love that song and is one of my favorites from that album because I liked it when I got the first edition that included it, then later we got a new edition with Paper Gangsta, which was another one of my favorites. And of course, I've listened to Summerboy for years but it's my least favorite Gaga song EVER, and I see that some people appreciate that song. Himeros26 1,688
I don't think Fillers really mean songs that aren't single material? I thought fillers are songs that were just sort of thrown on the album to give it bulk. I feel like The second half of The Fame and Fashion! Have these feels. And some of BTW. Like Bad Kids, (IMO I don't like Edge of Glory) But EOG isn't necessarily a filler track it just doesn't feel like a Gaga song to me. Idk gorl

I see what you mean! And I agree with the fact she should have never named the album Bangerz. When the lead single came out (Not Myself) I literally would repeat that song and dance to it every day. I bought the album immediately upon release and was disappointed. The opening SLAYED me (Bionic song is LIFE) then not myself then WooHoo then Elastic Love then Desnudate then... It gets sloppy and then slow. When she explained that the middle of the album was the "heart of the album" I thought it would be a great idea (one song sad, one song inspirational that are piano ballads) but she ends up dragging out the slow tempo for six songs then goes back to being all electronic. Honestly, there just should have been less slow and more faster paced songs and it would have been one of my top albums ever. Ps my writing sucks cause I'm a little tipsy Currently listening to Joanne

SISTERV 3,887
Don't hate me.....but....The Fame. although Boys Boys Boys, Disco Heaven, Brown Eyes, I Like It Rough, Money Honey, Eh Eh would have been big hits for other artists like Katy, those songs coming off the back of Just Dance, Poker Face, LoveGame, Paparazzi, Starstruck feel like a total nosedive in quality and bigness. The front of The Fame sounds like hits. They are songs that on first listen, immediately are attractive and big and perfect for a smart pop album. Then after that, the album hits serious unfinished demo mode and everything feels like it was just added to make the aura of the album continue. Nothing that screams #1. Luckily, the follow up, The Fame Monster defied this, and I still hold to this day it is the only pop record I have ever heard where every single song on that EP could be a huge radio and commercial hit. But it also happens to be very creative too. And that's why I think it's up there near Thriller as not only a great classic pop album, but a true phenomenon in pop culture. weed 70,970
Bionic I think so, but even some messy songs I like because they're so in your face (Vanity is so funny I love it lmao) honestly I'm the biggest stan but The Sweet Escape by Gwen just didn't do it for me, it's half great (4 in the morning) half bad (don't get it twisted) Pink Friday Roman Reloaded is half good half bad as well
