"I think that promoting insecurity in the form of plastic surgery is infinitely more harmful than an artistic expression related to body modification." Lady Gaga

There are interesting conversations to be had about Gaga's use of cosmetic procedures. I don't know if this site can maturely have those conversations though.

Not when you're bent on demonizing cosmetic procedures :)

Not going to bother reading the OP - Are you really THAT pressed that she ****s with her face now? Afterall it is HER face and not yours. I'm sorry if Gaga was your outlet to feel good about yourself but that's not something a popstar can help you overcome.

Let's talk about how tragic she looks rather than the fact she got plastic surgery.

They deserve to be demonized when they wreck people's looks and health.

There's so much stupidity on here. "Put your hand in a fire!!! we don't judge!!!"

Nope you're just another deluded fan holding her to every single word she has said since day one and funny how you were the first one to run up in here whipping out the quotes to prove...What exactly?

She's allowed to change her mind. Just like you are, or are you not allowed to do so?

This is why I don't trust celebrities, not even Gaga, who go around saying "love yourself just the way you are" because they never practice what they preach. If they wanna go and get work done, that's fine. Their body, their choice. But then don't be a hypocrite and tell me I have to accept myself the way I am when you clearly don't yourself.

In case you're not familiar with Simon Ourian, M.D., he's the celebrity cosmetic dermatologist that Kylie Jenner praised for her natural-looking lip injections.:awkney: He's also the guy Khloe Kardashian credited for laser-removing her tramp stamp.

"We understand that our celebrity clients are judged by the way they look in a way that most people can't imagine. Cameras seem to find them 24/7 and they literally can't afford to look anything but their very best all the time," Dr. Ourian tells Us Weekly. "Combine this with their hectic schedules, and celebrities have a real need for emergency sessions. For that reason, I will make myself available at a moment's notice."

"The two most popular procedures are dermal filler injections for an instant cheek-lift and the Ultra Neck Lift to address skin laxity," Dr. Ourian, who has 17 years of experience in his field, tells Us. "The cheeks sag and wrinkle as you age. Properly placed dermal filler injections can correct age-related volume loss and provide contour and lift… [And the Ultra Neck Lift uses] a radio frequency and ultrasound treatment protocol [on the neck] to tighten the skin and promote the growth of new collagen"

Look at this way of thinking. Gaga's natural cheeks were not sagging. She's still very young. "They are being judged, they have to look best 24/7", she's even more (unfortunately) judged when she altered her face so much she can't even smile. Just look at that last gif, like totally different person.

This is really sad.

And he didn't really achieve that she "looks her best 24/7", so **** him.

I'm not the one spamming image macros, unable to hold a discussion or make any type of point.

You (and whoever else) have to be EXTREMELY impressionable to fall victim to that crap. Even myself, as an insecure 12-year-old Gaga stan way back then didn't care much for that aspect of the BTW era...
