Clinton not sure Sanders is a Democrat

And no, none of my rights are at stake. But I'm still concerned for other's rights. But the fear tactics don't work on me. 

 

He hasn't had to change or challenge his positions much at all, because he's been in the same position in a small, liberal predominately white state for his entire political career. Bernie stayed in his little world with his type of people. You don't have to change when nothing is changing. 

Fear tactics are not the same as harsh reality. There is idealism and disappointment over the fact that there isn't going to be some magical revolution and then there is reality, the one that brings you to the realization that there isn't going to be some utopian society where everything is free and everyone "lives as one". How did things work out for all those people who thought Obama was going to change the world? (And Obama is ten times the politician, motivator, speaker, etc. than Bernie is and had realistic, well thought out policies)

I was referring to fear tactics regarding rights you say will fade away if I don't vote... for Clinton? Or? Because I know you know come November Hillary will win. 

And idk about Obama. I didn't vote for him. I never believed in what he said in the first place. I don't believe in everything Bernie says either. Don't confuse me for the Bernie supporters who think he has a shot of winning the nomination, please. Since last year I've been saying that no one else except Clinton could win this nomination and presidency. I'm actually surprised at how much support Bernie has gotten, he exceeded my expectations. That does not mean I have to like Clinton and will stop criticizing her. I don't like her and I will have to settle for her.

This whole discussion started around the issue of why some people vote for parties, instead of individuals. Of course you don't have to vote for any particular party or vote at all! I was just trying to express why people do decide to vote with a party....that there is more behind it all than "I vote Blue!!!11". For me, it is "Oh ****, if a Republican gets in, the social issues I feel are important are going to go backwards". 

I apologize that my fear came out as fear tactics. I always enjoy discussing issues with you, even when we don't agree! 

For the record, I would be the same with Bernie. I don't care for him much, but I would settle and vote for him.
