It could be considered Defamation of Character since it was done on a public site, with verified accounts, on a site that is a publicly traded company on the NSM. 

Sarah could swing it that Azealia defamed her image as a public figure who runs for office, and Azealia's slander could land her some big public fees. 

Regardless if you disagree with Sarah or like Azealia, what Azealia said was trash.

Yes we have freedom of speech but you can't yell fire in a full movie theatre, you can't incite a riot and you can't call for people to gang rape of someone.

I guess you're right, in no way am I justifying Azealia's trashy behavior on social media. But I was quite unsure whether Sarah would be able to actually sue someone based on something that someone implied as a (distasteful) joke. I'm curious how this thing is going to unfold.
