How long should she wait? Should she play it safe & do a traditional scedue (3-4 months) or do it like Adele (1 month)? Here's some pros & cons of each side:

Traditional Schedule

Pros: Good second single sales, a more popular lead single (most likely), less exposure, good promo opportunities, longer era (won't burn out as quick).

Cons: People may forget about the album, longer wait for tour (most likely), less popular album (most likely), won't support te lead single.

Adele Schedule

Pros: People won't forget about the album, lets people decide what the best future single choices will be, tour will come sooner, more successful album (probably), will support the lead single.

Cons: May be overexposed, shorter era (may fade out quickly), poor second single sales, less promo opportunities.

Tbh right now the safe way is releasing one month after the single. I want Gaga to wait 1.5 months.

I voted "4-6 weeks." 6 weeks is a good number imo. It's exactly 1.5 months. Singles usually take 12 weeks to reach their peak on radio & that's right in the middle so it can give it one last boost

I don't really mind about the charting, thought it's probably best to react to the single performance and take it from there i.e releasing the album around the singles peak.

The traditional schedule of 2 singles and then the album, so about 1.5 months. The surprise release or the album 2 weeks after the lead is a bad idea. I don't know why artists are doing this now. Its proven to be counterproductive and the era burns out too fast. The traditional schedule is the default because it's the best. Compare the sales of traditionally released albums vs. surprise/early releases and you'll notice how tradition trumps every time. Hype sales better than any surprise and interest is maintained for longer. Giving people practically the full experience too soon is counterproductive. We've seen now that even Adele isn't immune from people losing interest in singles post-album release. The reason why artists used to release multiple singles pre-album is because you tend to only get one hit, tops, after release. So it makes sense to get that success when no one's got their hands on the album yet and is taking whatever they can get. I don't want her to release umpteen promo singles beforehand, though. I think that plus the itunes festival ensured that so many songs had already been known to the public that they didn't think the album was worth buying and the fans barely had any surprises left either. Out of her 15 track album, she put 11 of them into the public domain in some form before the album came out. No wonder it had poor opening sales and fans got bored quickly. I hope her new management has the sense to keep the majority of it hush hush this time.

I want 2 pre-singles and a gradual build up of hype so 1.5 months - 2 months should be the best (especially for collecting pre-sales) instead of an Adele/Rihanna/Beyoncé which will people say she 'copied'

I think Single, once single starts to fade or has been top 3 for a few weeks announce but not yet release 2nd single and release album

Economy

At least 5 weeks cuz it gives the 2nd single a chance to still be relatively fresh and also do well

but not too much longer or it can affect album sales because the comeback moment with the lead single has much impact on album  sales!!!
