I changed the title before you even commented, it happened during far-right anti-islam rally, that's a fact.

There is no news about the motive yet.

From the footage it looks like deliberate hit & run.

And that guy was taking photos from the car.

The articles from the daily mail is still linked though and has false information in the headline.

The guy was taking photos at the blockade, not while or after running over the woman. 

The footage doesn't make it look deliberate. A five second clip of someone being run over tells you literally nothing of motive. Much like the daily mail, you are making up a narrative to fit what you think is true.

The daily mail has false information. The driver fo that car and his friend were under the influence of alcohol and drugs, running from the police. And it appears they are residents from Molenbeek.

Idk if it's fake but why would anyone just randomly film a street while a person is being ran over by a car. And quite many people in the background shouting.

just watched the video. 

looks like a far right rally was happening and while this rally was going on a muslim woman was mown down by a car.

you can debate who the drivers were and what their motives were all you want but  the title looks about perfect to me
