A person who spent millions on building a record label should care about money or he would be the most stupid person in the world and will lose everything he owns. The artist is going to a record label business so they can also do their own business and be successful so they are both doing the same wanting to succeed and have money witch is business? if you just want to be an artist, you can do art yourself and you wont need record labels. Gaga is one of the most famous women in the world why is she still with a record label?

I've never said that what he does is wrong, have I? I just simply stated in my first post that I understand why Gaga hates money, because it's always about money in this business and every other business, because it is "business".

Yes, money is a part of moving an artist's career forward but it also manipulates and clouds the artist's judgment on what to do. Should they try something new and different? Or should they repeat what they've done in order to gain money? Should they stay true to themselves? Or should they let other people tell them what to do next?

A good record label's duty is to manage and support its artists creatively, not financially imo. But calling something good or bad is subjective. Maybe a money-driven person can be a good person to you, idk. It's just like how lawyers praised OJ's legal team for winning the case.

Aslong as someone is not using force on people, they are not bad.. this is not a subjective matter. There is no duty on a record label, the only duty they have is to go by what the contract says that the other artist agreed to. If Gaga wants freedom to create her art, she should offer a contract that allows her that or leave.

Doesnt this man ever get tired talking about this 24/7. The first time, which was a radio interview, was shocking and cool to know. It's been years now and he is still talking about it on magazines and now show interviews? We get it LA Reid, you effed up on letting Gaga go, but just like you let her go, it's time that you let this issue go

That's what happens when you drop a legend :koons:
