It's literally a requirement apparently. Exactly. If I ever obtained "secret" material somehow (of which I was sort of allowed to leak), I wouldn't be a dick about it. He is part of TLC and can technically do as he pleases The key word is "part", that doesn't give him the right to do anything he wants on his own. This will only enforce it, but w.e. A lot of crap came out with that lawsuit I think. Fusari has also been sued by others that worked with him. I'm not saying that Gaga is the saint and Fusari the devil, or vice versa, but Fusari is pissed that Gaga didn't like the contracts and dumped him as soon as she was able too.
