Like, he should really just get some rest. Not jump into the spotlight again 

Going on tour while you have a depression, and when you don't even feel better after talking to your fans. Should be enough sign for him, and his team that he shouldn't have gone on tour to begin with

Makes me so mad that this seems to be the greed of the team that's behind him  

 

I'm not a fan of his, but i know depression. And if you keep pushing yourself, while having a depression... you will eventually fall over the edge. And the result is NOT pretty...

Certainly hope his friends take some proper care of him.

I can understand this decision, if he is doing what he needs to do to protect his mental health. 

However, he needs to refund the difference between a levels of tickets. I'm sure they could look at the next step down in ticket prices and come up with a reasonable price for those tickets. Then, they could offer a refund in that amount, if the purchasers wanted to keep the tickets in the first rows.

Wow I'm impressed actually. This is very brave that he's so open and honest about his feelings. Not everyone is comfortable with pleasing complete strangers who sometimes pour their heart out in a matter of minutes. 

I think it's admirable he'd rather not give meet & greets then do them just for the money being emotionally numb.

Maybe he should look at Gaga and find a way to make a meet & greet a different experience he feels comfortable with.

Professionally speaking, he should've compromised and met a deal halfway...

If fan interactions and them talking to is draining, just keep it to a LITERAL meet and greet. Hi...take a pic... Bye

That way he don't lose money, fans can still meet you, and its not a mess, and you look professional, and don't blame fans for your own mental problems...
