I have always wondered that but I think that it's the same concept as wearing a teeshirt with captain America on it, that doesn't get blurred out becase characters don't advertise the same way Dr. Pepper does,

I was just wondering because people say gaga copies other artists (which is stupid) but never said she copied Kermit or used Kermit to get fame so I'm just wondering how this could have gone unnoticed
