I think she's incredibly talented and beautiful. When she is relaxed she has a great sense of humour, but in many (not all) of the interviews I've seen from her from 2012-now, she comes across as very insecure, which sometimes translates as diva behaviour/being conceited & vain. There are a few interviews on youtube from ~2010, and the difference in her personality is astounding. It isn't even just a 'she's grown up' kinda thing, watching her over the years she has become progressively more and more self conscious and at times tries to overcompensate by speaking in a different way/trying to be funny etc. I don't know if I've explained myself well but this is part of the reason I think people see her as 'fake'.

I see. Well I noticed that too but I feel like she isn't fake or a diva, just really uncomfortable in interviews because she is insecure. But then again, she is way more herself in interviews. If you'd watch some of her latest ones, she is way more laid back and cool.

She is incredibly, incredibly talented. Vocally, she has to be one of the best singers we have currently. In terms of her artistry, I'd argue that she's kinda generic (though, that's probably down to oppressive management) - but in her own right, Ariana has an incredible voice.
